Specific information relating to the cases that you have asked us to mediate (notes, bundles, briefings or similar), only so far as to conduct pre-mediation reading and the mediation itself. The confidential nature of the mediation process means that this information will only be used for the purposes of conducting the mediation. This mediation specific information will be securely destroyed immediately after the mediation. No specific information of this kind is stored or held by any means after the mediation service is completed.

Information relating to the Personal Identifiers, Contacts and Characteristics of professional advisors, employers and or accompanying parties to mediations only so far as to keep a professional record of the mediation and a signed confidentiality agreement relating to the mediation itself where applicable. This is kept with agreed consent of the parties involved.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you as you have elected to engage us in the provision of Mediation Services.

We may on occasion also receive personal information indirectly, but with your consent, from your professional advisors or employer(s). 

We use the information that you have given us to provide you with mediation services and maintain basic professional records of the same which does not include details of the mediation itself. 

We will never share or sell your information to any other business or organisation, save as to the unlikely circumstances of being required to by law. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis that we rely on for processing this information is by your consent

You are able to remove your consent. You can do this by contacting us at the above address or via e-mail.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is safely stored. We take all reasonable precautions to protect any personal data. However, we cannot be responsible for loss or misuse of personal data which is intercepted or otherwise accessed by unauthorised persons and liability is excluded. You agree to be bound by our privacy policy.

We keep basic engagement documentation containing personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) as required. Your personal data will be stored until you tell us otherwise.
