Principal Mediator

Les trained as a mediator at the London School Of Mediation and is registered with both the International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council to conduct all aspects of Facilitative Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation.

He has a particular interest in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector including Food, Beverage and the Food Flavouring and Ingredients sectors. Other areas of specialism are Landlord & Tenant disputes and the Music and Events Industry. His background is in Senior Management and Business and he has worked on various projects around the world. 

This wide ranging experience allows him to mediate effectively across many business and workplace areas.

He is also a Certified Citizens Advice Generalist Adviser, volunteering when available, helping people find a way through various problems in their lives.
