Principal Mediator

Les trained as a Mediator at the London School Of Mediation and is enroled with Civil Mediation Council to conduct all aspects of Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation. He has also undertook additional specialist training in Workplace Mediation. He is a member of the Association Of Northern Mediators. 

His background is in Senior Management, Science and Technology and he has worked on various projects around the world. 

This wide ranging experience allows him to Mediate effectively across many business and workplace areas.

He is also a Certified Citizens Advice Generalist Adviser, volunteering when available, helping people find a way through various problems in their lives.
